Remote Finance Associate (EU Timezone)

Shape the Future of Remote Finance

What happens when you put sharp minds together with cutting-edge technology and bold business ambitions? Magic—and you could be the next spark. As a Remote Finance Associate, you’ll operate at the very heart of decision-making, transforming streams of data into strategic action. This is your chance to make an impact that goes well beyond spreadsheets and forecasts—think about influencing major moves, shaping policies, and being the partner of the number trusted by teams across Europe. With the flexibility to work anywhere in the EU timezone, you’ll find the freedom to focus intensely, challenge yourself, and grow in ways that matter.

The Role: More Than Just Numbers

Financial Analysis that Guides Every Decision

Have you ever wondered how a single data point can pivot a company’s future? In this seat, your analysis won’t just sit in a deck; it’ll inspire product launches, hiring plans, and expansion roadmaps. You’ll dissect monthly financial statements, spot trends before anyone else, and deliver actionable insights that are as clear as they are influential.

Forecasting & Budgeting for What’s Next

You’ll orchestrate budget cycles and drive forecasting sessions that keep leaders ahead of the curve. Whether you’re diving into variance analyses or stress-testing assumptions for upcoming projects, your forecasts become the foundation on which others build. “What if” isn’t just a question; it’s a toolkit you wield daily.

Building Processes for Sustainable Growth

Are manual processes slowing things down? You’ll reimagine and automate reporting workflows, streamlining everything from expense tracking to quarterly close. If there’s a more innovative way to do it, you’ll find it. Your work will ripple through the organization, freeing colleagues to do their best thinking—and ensuring accuracy at every step.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership

Impact Across Departments

You’ll collaborate with product, sales, and operations leaders—making complex financial topics accessible to everyone. When a teammate needs to understand the story behind the numbers, you’ll be the one who connects the dots, translating jargon into insights that inspire action. Zoom, Slack, Notion, and other remote collaboration tools keep you plugged into every critical discussion, no matter where you’re based.

Communication that Moves People

You make financial performance understandable and engaging—whether you’re preparing dashboards for a product manager or supporting the leadership team with scenario modeling. Your clear communication style brings context and clarity, making complex ideas easier to understand across various channels.

Growth Environment & Tools

A Remote-First Culture That Values Focus

You’ll have the space to dig deep and do your best work. Our asynchronous workflows mean you can balance personal productivity with teamwork—no constant pings, just focused collaboration. Here, autonomy isn’t just a buzzword: it’s how things get done.

The Finance Tech Stack

Expect to work with leading finance and productivity platforms like NetSuite, Excel, Power BI, and modern workflow automation tools. You’ll also gain exposure to project management systems (such as Jira or Asana) that keep deliverables aligned and cross-team work seamless.

What You Bring: The Essentials

Analytical Excellence

You thrive in uncertainty and bring structure to chaos. Numbers are your native language, but you’re just as skilled at explaining what they mean for the business. Whether it’s scenario modeling, cash flow management, or profitability analysis, you’re motivated by the impact your work has on tangible business outcomes.

Adaptive Mindset

You move quickly, but there’s always space for reflection and precision. You challenge assumptions, seek feedback, and adjust to shifting priorities with resilience and creativity. Your learning agility sets you apart in remote finance roles that require both independence and teamwork.

Communication That Connects

You simplify complex ideas—whether it’s over Zoom or Slack. Your insights drive decisions and your feedback sparks meaningful discussion. You’re a true partner to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
