Key Responsibilities

• Maintain neutrality while upholding platform integrity across diverse content types.

Technology-Driven Review

• Analyze flagged content using moderation software and escalation workflows.
• Use decision trees, keyword flagging, and auto-moderation support tools to prioritize high-risk content.
• Track repeat offenders using backend moderation databases.

Escalation & Policy Compliance

Escalation Protocols

• Respond to sensitive or high-risk content in a timely and thoughtful manner.
• Collaborate with internal risk teams for urgent policy violations.
• Document all major escalations with detailed action logs.

Legal and Compliance Support

• Escalate legal or safety-related cases to senior moderators or legal counsel.
• Maintain GDPR and COPPA compliance when reviewing personal or underage content.

Report Generation

• Generate daily and weekly reports on moderation trends using dashboard analytics.
