Key Responsibilities
Talent Discovery
- Source emerging talent using creative channels like social media, virtual career fairs, online communities, and AI-enabled platforms.
- Craft compelling outreach messages that reflect our brand voice—approachable, innovative, and human.
- Screen applicants with care and empathy to assess potential beyond resumes.
Candidate Engagement
- Build genuine relationships with candidates to create an inclusive and transparent recruitment experience.
- Guide applicants through the hiring process, from the initial hello to the offer letter, with warmth and professionalism.
- Use behavioral insights and candidate data to personalize communication.
Hiring Collaboration
- Partner closely with remote hiring managers to understand team dynamics and cultural fit.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions to refine job descriptions and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide thoughtful interview feedback to support objective hiring decisions.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain our ATS with precision and clarity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and interview-to-offer ratios.
