Key Responsibilities of the Senior Claims Examiner

Claims Evaluation with Impact

• Review complex claim submissions related to health, disability, or property insurance.
• Apply fair judgment to determine eligibility, liability, and coverage.
• Work with sensitivity to deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Collaborate with policyholders and internal teams to gather all necessary documentation.
• Maintain detailed, confidential records of claims decisions and reasoning.

Investigation and Coordination Duties

• Liaise with attorneys, providers, and third-party administrators when needed.
• Conduct thorough investigations into disputed claims, maintaining a balanced approach.
