Key Responsibilities: Champion Legal Strategy Across the Business

Legal Advisory & Contract Expertise

• Deliver actionable legal counsel on corporate, regulatory, and operational issues.
• Review and negotiate a broad array of contracts—MSAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs, vendor terms, and more.

Interdepartmental Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Finance, Compliance, and HR teams to integrate legal strategy into every phase of decision-making.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Monitor evolving legal landscapes involving data protection, labor law, intellectual property (IP), and cross-border compliance.

• Clear communicator with the ability to simplify legal language for diverse audiences
