• Shape interactive, digital curriculum for K-12 and post-secondary learners—ensuring alignment with North Carolina’s evolving standards and learning objectives.

• Bring ideas to life by collaborating with teachers, administrators, and subject experts, so that every module reflects authentic classroom needs.

Collaborate, Lead, and Learn—Remotely

• You’ll partner with curriculum specialists, multimedia pros, and tech support to build seamless learning environments across devices.
• Conduct learner interviews and classroom observations (virtually)—your insights will directly shape content and delivery.
• Guide new curriculum pilots from the ground up, tracking their impact on engagement and achievement, then scaling what works.
• Share best practices in digital pedagogy and instructional technology, becoming a resource for peers and stakeholders statewide.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success designing remote or hybrid curriculum (K-12, higher ed, or workforce development).
• Firm grasp of North Carolina academic standards and educational trends.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia content development.
• Experience leading remote collaboration, from brainstorming to project delivery.
• A genuine curiosity about new learning technologies—and the initiative to master them quickly.
