Collaborate, Lead, and LearnâRemotely
- Youâll partner with curriculum specialists, multimedia pros, and tech support to build seamless learning environments across devices.
- Conduct learner interviews and classroom observations (virtually)âyour insights will directly shape content and delivery.
- Guide new curriculum pilots from the ground up, tracking their impact on engagement and achievement, then scaling what works.
- Share best practices in digital pedagogy and instructional technology, becoming a resource for peers and stakeholders statewide.

What Youâll Bring
- Bachelorâs or masterâs in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success designing remote or hybrid curriculum (K-12, higher ed, or workforce development).
- Firm grasp of North Carolina academic standards and educational trends.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia content development.
- Experience leading remote collaboration, from brainstorming to project delivery.
- A genuine curiosity about new learning technologiesâand the initiative to master them quickly.
