- Shape onboarding workflows that reduce friction for new hires and hiring managers across the U.S.
- Use HR analytics to identify trends and proactively address pain points in talent acquisition, development, and retention.

- Craft policies that are both compliant and genuinely human. Youâll listen first, and write later.
- Be the person employees trust to simplify complex benefits, policies, and HR toolsâover Zoom, Slack, or a quick phone call.
- Champion employee well-being: launch initiatives that go beyond surface-level perks and actually improve daily work life.
- Guide managers through performance conversations, using tools and empathy to make every review forward-looking and non-stressful.
- Partner with recruiting, payroll, and legal to make sure the whole employee lifecycle runs smoothlyâfrom offer letters to exit interviews.
