Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product listings with accurate descriptions, SEO-rich content, and appealing images
- Ensure product taxonomy is clean and logically categorized for easy browsing and search relevance
- Monitor order processing workflows and address bottlenecks that affect dispatch timing
- Handle customer messages and service needs using professionalism and timely communication
- Flag low stock items, suggest reorder quantities, and manage basic inventory adjustments
- Assist in executing promotions, price updates, and seasonal campaigns
- Document technical issues encountered on the platform and work with tech support to resolve them
- Generate weekly sales reports and analyze trends to help optimize listings and offers
- Maintain high standards for product presentation and ensure compliance with brand guidelines

Required Qualifications
