• Manage day-to-day LMS operations for platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, or TalentLMS
• Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and configuration optimization
• Ensure all LMS integrations operate efficiently with third-party tools and internal databases
• Implement scalable, modular features that allow for customization without compromising stability

🔄 User Management & Access Control

• Create user profiles, learning paths, and group enrollments using automated workflows
• Establish secure access management protocols, leveraging SAML, OAuth, and LDAP for SSO integration
• Maintain role-based permissions that support instructional staff, learners, and administrative users
• Apply strict compliance with privacy laws such as FERPA and GDPR

🌐 Content Deployment & Optimization

• Deploy digital content packages, including SCORM 1.2/2004, AICC, and xAPI
• Collaborate with content creators to align learning modules with pedagogical standards
• Monitor load times, responsiveness, and mobile compatibility to enhance learner satisfaction
• Implement responsive design features and UI/UX upgrades

📊 Data Analytics & Reporting

• Build custom dashboards to track learner progress, course completion rates, and activity trends
• Use data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
• Extract actionable insights to drive course improvements and stakeholder reporting
• Monitor system logs and database queries for performance bottlenecks

🔧 Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to resolve system and user-level issues
• Log, track, and escalate support tickets in coordination with IT and external LMS providers
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of frequently encountered issues
• Offer proactive performance monitoring and bug-fixing routines

🔹 Desired Skills & Qualifications

📚 Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience administering LMS platforms in an educational or corporate setting

🛠️ Technical Proficiency

• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, TalentLMS, etc.)
• Deep understanding of SCORM/xAPI, LTI integrations, and learning tools interoperability
• Strong grasp of cloud hosting platforms such as AWS and Azure
