💼 Qualifications

🏆 Required

• Graduate degree in Educational Counseling, Behavioral Psychology, Social Services, or a related field.
• Valid certification or licensure as a School Counselor (or eligibility to obtain one).
• At least two years of experience in school counseling or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, behavior management, and crisis intervention.
• Experience working with diverse student populations and promoting inclusivity in educational settings.
• Ability to provide virtual counseling sessions using digital platforms and communication tools.
• Proficiency in technology and student management systems to facilitate online learning and counseling.
