What Youâll Be Handling
- Keep client accounts in Xero organized and accurate.
- Take care of bank reconciliations, payables/receivables, and payroll.
- Create reports that make sense to someone whoâs not an accountant.
- Set up Xero for new clients in a way that suits their business.
- Catch mistakes before they become headaches.
- Hop on calls to walk clients through their numbers in plain language.
- Share tips and ideas with teammates to improve how we work.

- Xero (your main hub)
- Excel or Google Sheets for quick number crunching

- Zoom for face-to-face updates
