Your Role in Our Mission

As a Telehealth Occupational Health Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of workplace well-being. Your job? To provide expert guidance, assess risks, and ensure that businesses across various industries comply with health regulations—all from the comfort of your home!

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Virtual Health Assessments – Conduct telehealth evaluations, review workplace environments, and provide tailored occupational health advice. You will work with employees and employers to assess risks, identify potential workplace hazards, and provide actionable insights to mitigate these risks. 🔹 Compliance & Regulations – Guide businesses in meeting health and safety regulations to maintain a thriving workforce. You’ll help companies navigate complex occupational health laws and implement best practices that align with national and international standards. 🔹 Injury Prevention & Management – Advice on ergonomic solutions, workplace adjustments, and proactive health measures to reduce injuries. Your expertise in ergonomics and risk management will enable you to design strategies that minimize workplace injuries and enhance employee well-being. 🔹 Case Management – Oversee medical cases, liaising with healthcare professionals and employers to facilitate recovery and return-to-work strategies. You’ll coordinate with medical experts, rehabilitation specialists, and HR teams to develop recovery plans that support both the employee and the employer. 🔹 Employee Well-Being – Develop wellness programs that promote mental and physical health in remote and in-person work environments. You’ll provide guidance on stress management, physical fitness, mental health initiatives, and preventive care programs. 🔹 Educational Support – Provide training and resources to employers and employees on occupational health best practices. You’ll design and deliver workshops, webinars, and training sessions on workplace wellness, injury prevention, and compliance requirements. 🔹 Data & Reporting – Keep detailed records of health assessments, ensuring accurate documentation and analysis for future improvements. You will compile reports, analyze trends, and present data-driven insights to improve workplace safety and employee well-being.

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications & Experience

✔️ Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Health, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field. ✔️ Certified Occupational Health Specialist (COHN, COHN-S, or similar) is a plus! ✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health, telehealth, or a related role. ✔️ Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and health regulations. ✔️ Experience with case management and injury prevention strategies.
