Your Day-to-Day Impact

• Set design direction for multiple digital products, championing cohesive user experiences that consistently earn customer praise.
• Utilize research-driven insights to challenge the status quo, ensuring our products remain at the forefront in terms of accessibility and ease of use.
• Collaborate with engineers to launch features that 20,000+ users rely on daily, striking a balance between speed and quality.
• Shape every stage of the feature lifecycle, from ideation to high-fidelity prototypes, using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Notion.
• Conduct remote usability studies and interpret the findings to influence roadmap prioritization directly.
• Present concepts and rationale to diverse audiences, simplifying complex ideas—whether it's over Zoom or Slack.

Skills and Experience That Make You Stand Out

• 5+ years in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years leading product design on cross-disciplinary teams
• Deep expertise in responsive web and mobile app design, with a portfolio showing processes as much as outcomes
• Mastery of prototyping, user flows, and interactive design—plus experience facilitating workshops and critique sessions
• Real-world experience running and interpreting remote usability tests
• Ability to translate ambiguous product goals into clear, actionable design decisions
• A knack for transforming complex requirements into delightfully simple interfaces
