Responsibilities That Shape Outcomes

Strategic Partnership

• Partner directly with the founder to transform high-level goals into clear roadmaps, influencing both day-to-day operations and the long-term company trajectory.
• Coordinate across product, design, engineering, and operations—ensuring that every stakeholder is empowered and aligned.
• Contribute to investor updates, internal communications, and executive briefings with clarity and a knack for storytelling.

Operations & Project Management

• You’ll drive process improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and building repeatable frameworks that foster growth.
• Oversee key projects, manage timelines, and help teams navigate blockers before they arise.
• When a new challenge emerges, you’re the first to dive in—adapting to shifting priorities and proposing solutions with agility.

Communication & Stakeholder Alignment

• Synthesize complex information for a diverse audience, making the founder’s message resonate whether it’s shared on Slack or at an all-hands meeting.
• Be the sounding board for major decisions, championing open dialogue and honest feedback throughout the organization.

Compensation

• This is a fully remote position with an annual salary of $86,479.
