🧭 Core Functions
✨ Plan and Design Research
- 🟣 Develop and tailor research methodologies, including in-depth interviews, ethnographies, online communities, and diary studies to reflect inclusive research practices
- 🔵 Write culturally sensitive screeners, discussion guides, and stimulus materials to foster open, safe conversations with participants from diverse backgrounds
- 🟢 Coordinate recruitment strategies that prioritize representation, accessibility, and equity
📊 Conduct Empathetic Fieldwork
- 🟠 Facilitate virtual focus groups and one-on-one interviews using a human-centered, empathetic approach
- 🟡 Listen actively and build rapport with participants to encourage authentic sharing
- 🔴 Ensure all research practices comply with ethical standards and protect participant privacy
🤔 Analyze Data & Deliver Insightful Narratives
- 🟣 Transcribe, code, and analyze qualitative data using tools such as Dovetail, NVivo, or MAXQDA
- 🔵 Identify patterns, emotional cues, and unmet needs through storytelling frameworks
- 🟢 Translate findings into compelling reports and visually engaging presentations that resonate with stakeholders
💬 Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders
- 🟠 Partner with project managers, data analysts, and strategy leads to align research findings with business goals
- 🟡 Participate in workshops, ideation sessions, and client debriefs to co-create solutions
- 🔴 Present insights to clients with clarity, warmth, and authority, emphasizing cultural nuances and human perspectives

- ✨ Proficiency in qualitative analysis tools like NVivo, Dovetail, or similar platforms
- ✨ Experience designing and moderating inclusive research with multicultural, multigenerational, and intersectional populations
- ✨ Skilled in remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Miro, Slack, Asana, Google Workspace)
- ✨ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple research projects simultaneously
