Key Responsibilities

Administer Payroll Processes

  • Prepare, validate, and process payroll cycles with extreme accuracy on a biweekly and monthly basis.
  • Monitor attendance reports, time-tracking systems, and leave balances to ensure accurate pay calculations.
  • Address discrepancies in pay by collaborating with HR, Finance, and department managers.

Maintain Records and Documentation

  • Keep meticulous records of payroll transactions, garnishments, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Organize and manage digital payroll files in compliance with data security and labor laws.

Ensure Regulatory Compliance

  • Stay current on local, state, and federal payroll regulations and ensure payroll practices align
  • Assist in year-end reporting and the generation of tax documents such as W-2s or 1099s

Support Internal Teams

  • Serve as the point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, resolving issues with clarity and empathy.
  • Assist HR in benefits coordination by reconciling benefit-related payroll deductions.
