Key Responsibilities
Efficient Order Management
- Accurately process online orders through our centralized order management system
- Monitor incoming sales from multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely updates
- Validate shipping addresses and handle backorder scenarios professionally
Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination
- Collaborate with fulfillment partners to track inventory levels and prevent overselling
- Notify warehouse teams of order specifics, including gift packaging or custom requests
- Manage returns and exchanges by issuing approvals, restocking updates, and follow-ups
Customer Experience Alignment
- Resolve order-related inquiries by coordinating with customer support agents
- Proactively flag potential delivery issues and coordinate resolutions
- Ensure tracking numbers are shared accurately and promptly with customers
Reporting & Compliance
- Generate daily and weekly order status reports for management
- Audit order discrepancies and ensure compliance with platform-specific SLAs

Qualifications
Must-Haves
