How You’ll Make an Impact

Drive the Frontend Experience

You’ll be our go-to on all things Vue. Whether it’s a minor UI tweak or a major architecture decision, your voice will shape what the user sees and how it behaves. You won’t just execute—you’ll guide the direction.

Collaborate Across Product, Design, and Support

You’ll work closely with designers to translate Figma mockups into flexible layouts, sync with product leads to define interaction behavior and collaborate with backend developers to ensure tight API integration. When support flags a UX issue, you’ll dive in with empathy and fix it fast.

Own Performance and Optimization

Great products aren’t just beautiful—they’re fast. You’ll eliminate render-blocking bottlenecks, trim bundle sizes, lazy-load assets, and make sure our interfaces perform smoothly on every screen.

What Sets You Up for Success

Deep Vue.js Mastery

You write maintainable, component-based Vue (preferably Vue 3 + Composition API) with ease. Props, slots, lifecycles, and watchers aren’t just things you understand—they’re tools you wield strategically.

Experience with Modern Front-End Workflows

Vite or Webpack, SCSS or Tailwind, Storybook or Design Tokens—you understand how to build for scale. You’ve used Vuex or Pinia to manage the state and handled tricky edge cases with grace.

A Sharp Eye for Detail

Pixel-perfect isn’t a buzzword for you. You notice spacing inconsistencies, odd animations, or unnecessary reflows and handle them proactively. You’re as comfortable in DevTools as in your code editor.

Human-Centric Communication

You simplify complex ideas—whether it’s over Zoom, Loom, or Slack. You’re comfortable explaining technical decisions to non-technical teammates and translating vague feedback into actionable steps.

Compensation

This role offers an annual salary of $110,412, benchmarked to ensure competitiveness with similar remote Vue.js engineering roles globally. In addition to salary, you’ll receive performance-based bonuses, a tech stipend, and flexible time off.
