Your Influence in This Role

Your job is to bring it all back together.

You check that the terminology is used consistently throughout. That measurements don’t shift halfway through. That formatting doesn’t quietly change from one section to another. It’s not about rewriting—it’s about tightening what’s already there so it reads as one complete, reliable piece.

Daily Responsibilities

Most of the work happens quietly, inside documents.

You read carefully. Sometimes slowly. You move line by line, catching things that are easy to miss when reading quickly—spacing issues, repeated words, mismatched abbreviations.

Some fixes are simple. Others take a second look. You might compare sections to confirm that a term hasn’t been shortened in one place and spelled out in another. Or check that a value hasn’t changed without explanation.
