Key Outcomes & Responsibilities
Empowering Clients
- Guide clients through legal forms and filings, demystifying the process so they always know what’s next.
- Anticipate questions before they’re asked, offering reassurance during moments of uncertainty.

Streamlining Legal Operations
- Orchestrate case preparation, from initial document intake to final submission, using cloud-based legal management tools.
- Coordinate with attorneys to ensure that critical deadlines are never missed and every detail is thoroughly reviewed and verified.
- Monitor changes in North Carolina statutes and flag relevant updates, so our practice always stays a step ahead.
Driving Team Collaboration

Qualifications & Licensure
- North Carolina Legal Assistant certification, or equivalent paralegal credentials.
- Licensed and in good standing to provide legal assistance in North Carolina.
- Minimum 2 years supporting attorneys or working in a legal office environment (remote experience is a plus).
- Solid grasp of North Carolina state legal procedures and electronic court filings.
- Familiarity with cloud-based legal management and document automation tools.
Tools & Technology
