How You’ll Contribute

• Your insights from user interviews will guide every product decision, ensuring what we build fits real-world needs—not assumptions.
• You’ll partner with product managers, engineers, and support teams to create unified solutions that make remote collaboration effortless.
• Iterate on wireframes and prototypes using Figma, Notion, and whiteboarding tools—test ideas with users, gather feedback, and refine each detail.
• Tackle complex usability challenges by mapping end-to-end journeys that simplify onboarding, reduce churn, and inspire delight.
• Deliver thoughtful, accessible UX across web and mobile—meeting standards for inclusivity, and always putting clarity first.
• Present designs to stakeholders—clarifying the “why” behind every element, turning feedback sessions into moments of discovery and alignment.
• You simplify complex ideas—whether it’s over Zoom, Loom recordings, or async Slack threads.
• Document design rationale and user flows, making it easy for teammates—no matter where or when they work—to get involved and add value.

What Your First 90 Days Might Look Like

You’ll jump into ongoing projects from day one, collaborating across time zones and perspectives. Your first sprints will involve:

• Auditing our current onboarding process—highlighting gaps, running user testing, and recommending changes.
• Prototyping new dashboard flows that make daily tasks intuitive, even for brand-new users.
• Syncing with engineering on implementation details, balancing what’s feasible with what’s delightful.
• Introducing a usability scorecard—turning feedback into actionable priorities for our roadmap.

You’ll have the space to delve deeper and the support to move quickly. Here, rapid iteration meets thoughtful reflection, and every voice carries weight.

Your Work Environment & Tools

We’re fully remote, but we’re always connected. Our team thrives on asynchronous communication and meaningful touchpoints—think Figma design reviews, Notion documents, and weekly Zoom stand-ups. Need focus time? You’ll get it. Want a quick jam session? There’s always someone ready to hop on a call. Our remote collaboration stack includes:

• Figma and FigJam for design and prototyping
• Notion for documentation and project alignment
• Jira for tracking progress and sprint planning

You’ll have access to everything you need to own your workflow, iterate quickly, and deliver work that moves the needle.

What Sets You Up For Success

Your portfolio showcases work that’s outcome-driven, not just pixel-perfect. You’ve led design for web or SaaS products with at least 2 years of hands-on UX experience. You’re comfortable moving between discovery and delivery—planning user research, synthesizing insights, and translating findings into elegant, intuitive solutions.

• Experience designing for remote teams or distributed products
• Familiarity with agile workflow, sprint cycles, and roadmap prioritization
• Proficiency with Figma, prototyping tools, and remote collaboration platforms
• A knack for documenting flows and sharing rationale in plain language

Compensation
