Youâll jump into ongoing projects from day one, collaborating across time zones and perspectives. Your first sprints will involve:
- Auditing our current onboarding processâhighlighting gaps, running user testing, and recommending changes.

- Syncing with engineering on implementation details, balancing whatâs feasible with whatâs delightful.

- Proficiency with Figma, prototyping tools, and remote collaboration platforms
- A knack for documenting flows and sharing rationale in plain language
- You make space for diverse viewpointsâturning feedback into better results

Our Story (A Real Day-in-the-Life)
Last month, a designer here launched an onboarding redesign that halved our setup time. It started with a simple observation from a user: "Why do I have to enter the same info twice?" Instead of patching over the confusion, she mapped out the entire flow, collaborated with product and engineering, and co-created a new experience. The result? Our customer satisfaction scores increased, and the user who inspired this improvement joined a customer council to help us iterate further. Thatâs what making an impact looks likeâsmall sparks, big changes.
Growth, Support, and Community
We invest in your growth, from industry conferences to mentorship circles. Youâll get regular feedback (the helpful, specific kind), and youâll shape your own path. If you see an opportunity to improve a process, weâll trust you to run with it. Your voice matters, your contributions are seen, and youâll never go it alone.
We move quickly, but youâll always have space to focus deeply. Youâll partner with design, engineering, and support to build unified solutions that matter to real peopleâat scale.
