• 📊 Build dashboards that make sense (and never collect digital dust).
• 🛠️ Lead upgrades and integrations—keep things modern and reliable, not just "up to date."
• 💬 Sometimes you’re support, sometimes you’re the one who says, “I have an idea.” Users remember your help because it actually works.
• 📝 Keep your best solutions in Notion or docs, so nobody has to ask twice.
