What You’ll Make Happen

• Turn user insights into features our audience needs—your research discoveries become the starting point for every sprint.
• Lead roadmap prioritization sessions that aren’t just meetings—they’re launchpads for real product growth.
• Partner with design, engineering, and support to ensure every release feels seamless to our 20,000+ users who depend on us.
• Navigate the full feature lifecycle, from early ideation through late-night go-live moments (and all the beta testing in between).
• Surface blockers early, communicate what matters, and always know when to prioritize MVP over polish.
• Keep everyone aligned—not just on what’s shipping, but why it matters for the user journey.
• Drive agile workflow ceremonies with just enough process to keep us moving, but never so much that we lose momentum.
