As the Online Employee Training Coordinator, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in building, enhancing, and delivering engaging learning experiences.

📚 Designing & Delivering Training Content

• Develop training content for onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and continuous learning
• Design e-learning modules using authoring tools and accessible design best practices
• Ensure content is engaging, inclusive, and applicable to various teams and roles
• Create job aids, videos, and self-paced guides to supplement live training
• Keep training content fresh and aligned with organizational changes

💻 Facilitating Virtual Learning

• Schedule and facilitate live virtual sessions on platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams
