Core Responsibilities
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of financial transactions between internal records and third-party data sources.
- Investigate and resolve unreconciled items with a systematic, data-driven approach.
- Prepare timely reports highlighting discrepancies, trends, and resolution strategies.
- Collaborate with accounting, audit, and operations teams to clarify issues and resolve data mismatches.
- Assist with end-of-month and year-end financial procedures by aligning ledger balances and ensuring accurate postings.
- Develop automated reconciliation procedures to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Maintain documentation and compliance standards to support audit readiness and ensure regulatory reporting compliance.
- Communicate with external partners or vendors to verify the accuracy and alignment of data.

Required

- Excellent interpersonal abilities and comfort working within remote teams
Preferred
- Familiarity with work-from-home tools and digital financial ecosystems
- Previous experience in remote finance roles or distributed teams
