Core Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research, demographic studies, and submarket analysis to assess property values, neighborhood dynamics, and real estate trends.
• Create financial models for acquisitions, leasing scenarios, and project development, including discounted cash flow, IRR, and ROI analyses.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations that communicate key insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Analyze leasing activity, cap rates, operating expenses, and rent roll data to project cash flows.
• Support due diligence processes by reviewing leases, zoning regulations, tax assessments, and title reports.
• Collaborate closely with the acquisitions and asset management teams to monitor existing portfolios and flag risk indicators.
• Stay current with remote real estate analytics platforms and work-from-home tools to deliver timely, accurate evaluations.
