Core Responsibilities
Daily Contributions
- Navigate each loan from application to closing, keeping all parties aligned and every milestone crystal clear.
- Gather, review, and verify income, credit, and asset documentation. You make sure nothing is missing and nothing is out of place.
- Communicate with borrowers and third parties, simplifying next steps, whether it’s via email, phone, or your favorite collaboration tool.
- Spot issues before they become obstacles. When a problem pops up, you’re the first to offer a solution, always focused on moving things forward.
- Manage digital workflows using tools like Encompass or Blend, tracking every update to ensure everyone is up to date.
