Core Responsibilities

Data Exploration & Insight Generation

Discover hidden opportunities in massive datasets, surfacing trends in remote and hybrid job listings.
Apply quantitative techniques and predictive analytics to anticipate changes in job market demand, enabling the team to set informed priorities for new features.
Partner with teams across design, engineering, and product to create features that impact more than 500,000 monthly users.
Your insights from user interviews and market surveys will sharpen our understanding of what candidates need and want.

Data Integrity & Workflow Automation

Maintain data pipelines that are robust, scalable, and transparent—our team trusts your work to be the backbone of daily decisions.
Design automated checks to catch outliers, duplicates, and inconsistencies before they reach production.
Build and maintain dashboards that empower stakeholders to make decisions without waiting for a report.

Product & User-Centric Analytics

Dive into user journey analytics to spotlight friction points and areas for delight.
Partner with engineering to A/B test new search algorithms and monitor real-world outcomes.
Support leadership with clear, actionable reports on the performance of new and existing features.

Tools & Technologies

You’ll work with advanced remote collaboration tools—our daily stack includes Python, SQL, and Tableau for analytics, with Notion, Jira, and Slack for project flow and alignment. You’ll have the opportunity to shape which new tools we pilot and how we evolve our analytics practice.

Compensation
