Location: Remote Annual Salary: $79,844 Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and experienced Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and source top talent for various positions.   1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple roles and departments.
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create tailored recruitment plans that align with team objectives and business goals.
  2. Candidate Sourcing and Attraction:
    • Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Promote our employer brand and create compelling job postings that attract qualified candidates.
  3. Candidate Screening and Selection:
    • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability.
    • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  4. Interview Coordination and Management:
    • Facilitate the interview process, including organizing schedules, preparing interview materials, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
    • Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
  5. Offer Management and Negotiation:
    • Manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to finalize employment agreements and onboarding plans.
  6. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to measure recruitment strategies' effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates, from initial contact to onboarding.
    • Address any candidate concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  8. Market Research and Industry Trends:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance recruitment processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling roles across various functions and levels.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and reporting.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
