What You’ll Tackle

Dive into exploratory and scripted testing—your intuition and rigor will find what automation can’t catch.
You’ll partner with developers, designers, and product leads in sprint reviews, making sure every story meets real-world expectations, not just theoretical ones.
Review feature requirements, user stories, and UI/UX flows to spot inconsistencies before they affect thousands.
Contribute to agile workflow ceremonies, raising questions that drive improvements and push our products toward excellence.
Coordinate test case management and run regression cycles so that the only surprises are pleasant ones for users.
Document every insight, defect, and success—your storytelling keeps our remote collaboration tools (Jira, Notion, Slack) brimming with clarity.

Qualifications & Preferences

3+ years in software testing, including at least 1 year in remote QA environments
Fluency with regression cycles, exploratory testing, and cross-browser debugging
Prior exposure to Jira, TestRail, Selenium, and BrowserStack
Clear, confident communication—your reports guide product evolution, not just troubleshooting
Located in New Jersey (or available to work on NJ time zone hours)
