How You’ll Make an Impact

Own the Roadmap—Drive Every Stage

• Lead roadmap prioritization to ensure high-value features are delivered on time.
• Facilitate agile workflow: run stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives that move the needle.

• Guide backlog grooming with a sharp eye for what matters most, using tools like Jira and Notion.
