Location: Remote Annual Salary: $75,082 Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Remote Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance employee performance. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Training Program Development:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and identify skills gaps.
    • Design and develop engaging and effective training programs, workshops, and materials tailored to various learning styles and needs.
    • Ensure all training content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices and organizational goals.
  2. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
    • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System, ensuring all training programs are correctly uploaded, organized, and accessible.
    • Track and report on training metrics, including participation, completion, and learner feedback.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the LMS to ensure smooth operation and user experience.
  3. Facilitation and Delivery:
    • Facilitate virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops, ensuring interactive and engaging delivery.
    • Utilize various instructional methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
    • Provide coaching and support to participants, addressing any questions or concerns and offering additional resources as needed.
  4. Program Evaluation and Improvement:
    • Collect and analyze feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Continuously evaluate and refine training content and delivery methods based on feedback, performance metrics, and emerging trends.
    • Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and recommendations for improvement to key stakeholders.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with managers, team leaders, and key stakeholders to identify and address learning and development needs.
    • Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners to support training initiatives and resources.
    • Serve as a point of contact for training-related inquiries and support.
  6. Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and certification renewals.
    • Prepare documentation and reports for audits and compliance reviews as required.
  7. Continuous Learning and Professional Development:
    • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
    • Pursue opportunities for professional growth and certification to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
    • Share insights and recommendations for integrating new tools and techniques into training programs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or a related role, with a strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present and facilitate training sessions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to remotely manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with e-learning tools and content development software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
  • Knowledge of various instructional design models and techniques.
  • Experience in a remote work environment and familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
