What You’ll Own

Architecting Data Integrity

Build and evolve data management plans that align with global regulatory standards.
Guide database build-outs from protocol interpretation to EDC go-live
Perform validation reviews and craft edit checks that minimize noise and maximize clarity

Collaboration That Moves Research Forward

Partner with clinical operations to ensure seamless data flow across teams
Join forces with biostatisticians to define key endpoints and align on data cuts
Communicate data trends with transparency that builds trust from sponsor to CRO

Quality at the Core

Monitor data metrics daily to flag deviations before they affect deliverables.
Run medical coding reviews, ensuring compliance with MedDRA and WHO-DD standards.
Lead data cleaning cycles and orchestrate database lock with zero surprises

Qualifications That Support Your Impact

3+ years in clinical data management with direct oversight of multiple trials
Expertise in ICH-GCP, CDISC standards, and FDA/EMA data submission protocols
Experience managing global Phase I-III studies end-to-end
Proficiency with EDC systems, especially Medidata and Veeva platforms
Comfortable navigating audits and explaining audit trails under pressure

We work remotely with intention. That means your day might start with a team sync in Slack, include a protocol review over Zoom, and end with a deep dive into query trends using JReview. You’ll always have space to focus intensely, with the flexibility to step away when needed.

This fully remote role offers an annual salary of $118,909.
