Your Role and Responsibilities

Lead Legal Strategy for Next-Gen Financial Platforms

Offer tailored legal support for digital lending, financial structuring, and investment vehicles.
Navigate intricate laws such as the Bank Secrecy Act, GDPR, and MiFID II to guide product teams.
Draft and interpret legal agreements, including syndicated financing, derivatives, and payment services contracts.
Structure frameworks to ensure consumer protection across fintech product launches.

Ensure Compliance Across Global Markets

Track legislative updates across North America, EMEA, and APAC to manage compliance impact.
Deliver regulatory advice that protects operational integrity and supports data-driven strategy.
Collaborate with audit, privacy, and governance leaders to pre-empt legal risks.
Support high-stakes regulatory engagements and licensing activities across jurisdictions.

Support Corporate Integrity and Governance

Partner with senior executives on board advisory matters, mergers, and intercompany structuring.
