Location: Remote Salary: $172,293 per annum About the Role: We seek a dynamic and experienced Virtual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for a professional who excels in sourcing, recruiting, and engaging top-tier talent for various positions across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in remote recruitment, be highly organized, and possess exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • To identify and engage candidates, utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic advice on recruitment.
  2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
    • Conduct thorough candidate searches using advanced search techniques and tools.
    • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
    • Perform initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for the role and the organization.
  3. Interview Coordination:
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Prepare interview materials and questions in collaboration with hiring managers.
    • Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
  4. Candidate Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by being responsive, transparent, and supportive.
    • Act as a point of contact for candidates, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  5. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
    • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Market Research and Talent Mapping:
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
    • Develop talent maps for key roles and industries to identify potential candidates proactively.
    • Stay informed about new sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies to enhance efficiency.
  7. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
    • Adhere to best practices in recruitment and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
    • Continuously seek ways to improve recruitment processes and enhance overall effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong background in remote recruitment.
    • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various roles, including technical, executive, and niche positions.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications or degrees are a plus.
