Location: Remote Position Type: Full-Time Annual Salary: $62,505 About the Role: Are you an experienced recruitment professional passionate about connecting top talent with exceptional opportunities? As a key member of our dynamic recruitment team, you will be crucial in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates across various industries and positions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Tailor approaches to attract high-quality candidates for a range of roles, from entry-level to executive positions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: To identify and engage potential candidates, utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fitβ€”schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Coordination with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and preferences. Provide regular updates on candidate progress and maintain open communication to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Management: Using applicant tracking systems (ATS), maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate interactions and status records. Ensure timely follow-up with candidates, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Create and manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring they are engaging, accurate, and aligned with the company's brand and requirements. Monitor job board performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms as needed, and facilitate onboarding. Prepare offer letters and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment. Prepare and deliver regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate source effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a remote or virtual setting. Proven track record of successfully filling various roles, including hard-to-fill positions.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using a range of digital tools and platforms for recruitment, including video conferencing, job boards, and social media.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Self-motivation: Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote work environment. Demonstrated self-discipline and a proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
