Remote Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Remote Annual Salary: $88,297 Job Summary: We seek an experienced and strategic Remote Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a pivotal Human Resources team member, you will drive the talent acquisition strategy, develop innovative sourcing techniques, and ensure a seamless hiring process. This role requires a blend of recruitment expertise, a keen understanding of industry trends, and the ability to foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.
    • Identify and implement innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent, including leveraging social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
  2. Recruitment Process Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
    • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely communication and feedback.
  3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions and candidate profiles.
    • Provide guidance and support to hiring teams on best interviewing, selection, and onboarding practices.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize recruitment metrics and data to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment efforts.
    • Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  5. Talent Pipeline Development:
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Engage with passive candidates and develop relationships with potential hires through networking and industry events.
  6. Employer Branding:
    • Promote the organization's employer brand and values to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  7. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.
  8. Technology and Tools:
    • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
    • Evaluate and recommend new recruitment technologies to improve candidate sourcing and engagement.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role with a strong track record of successfully managing recruitment processes.
    • Experience in remote recruitment and an understanding of remote work dynamics is preferred.
  2. Skills:
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
