About the Role

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing remote learning strategies, using analytics to measure effectiveness and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Data-Driven Learning Analytics

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret learner data to evaluate training program effectiveness.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess engagement, comprehension, and retention.
  • Create detailed reports and interactive dashboards to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Implement A/B testing and other evaluation methodologies to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Use predictive analytics to identify trends and recommend proactive improvements.

Learning Management System (LMS) Optimization

  • Administer and improve LMS platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT for system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine course delivery mechanisms.
  • Work closely with content creators to structure learning materials for maximum engagement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with HR, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to align training with business goals.
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership, helping refine learning initiatives.
  • Develop and facilitate training for trainers on best practices for virtual education.
  • Work with marketing and communications teams to drive learner participation and engagement.
  • Stay updated on remote learning trends, technologies, and best practices to improve programs continually.

Who You Are

βœ… Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning analytics, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess learning program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar data analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories and e-learning methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Education, Data Analytics, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Experience implementing AI-driven learning solutions.
  • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and gamification in learning.
  • Certification in Learning Analytics, Instructional Design, or related areas.
  • Experience working with global teams in a remote environment.
