Key Responsibilities
3D Visualization Excellence
- Develop immersive, photo-realistic 3D models that elevate design presentations and client engagement
- Interpret sketches, blueprints, and 2D-floor plans and convert them into virtual environments with precision
- Integrate design components, materials, lighting, and texture with an eye for realism and brand consistency
Collaboration & Ideation
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and creative leads to ensure 3D renderings align with conceptual intent
- Attend virtual design meetings and contribute creative suggestions during brainstorming and development sessions
- Iterate on models based on stakeholder feedback, maintaining quality and artistic integrity
Modeling and Rendering Tools
- Leverage industry-standard tools like SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Revit, and Blender to construct detailed models
- Use advanced rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, and Enscape to create lighting effects, shadowing, and atmosphere
- Optimize 3D files for performance without compromising quality, ensuring smooth delivery for interactive presentations or walkthroughs
Material & Lighting Design
- Source or simulate realistic material textures and apply accurate surface detailing based on project needs
- Design lighting setups that mimic real-world conditions, enhancing the spatial quality and ambiance of rendered visuals
- Work with the design team to match color palettes and material finishes with the project’s design direction
Client-Facing Presentation
- Prepare professional-grade visual assets for client meetings, stakeholder approvals, and marketing purposes
- Create compelling animations, panoramas, and VR-compatible visualizations when required
- Present your work with clarity and professionalism during virtual design reviews and project briefings
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Animation, or a related design discipline
- A minimum of 3 years of experience producing high-quality 3D models for interior design or architectural projects
- A strong professional portfolio showcasing diverse modeling styles and rendering capabilities
Technical Expertise
- Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in rendering software including V-Ray, Lumion, Corona, or Enscape
- Solid understanding of lighting physics, materials, and rendering workflows for realistic output
Design Acumen
- Keen spatial awareness and a deep understanding of interior aesthetics and functional layout
- Familiarity with color theory, texture mapping, and environmental design principles
- Ability to balance visual fidelity with the functional requirements of each space
Communication & Organization
- Strong ability to articulate visual concepts and technical details in both written and spoken formats
- Capability to handle multiple ongoing projects, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a digital workspace
