Key Responsibilities:- Workforce Analysis and Forecasting:
- Analyze current workforce capabilities and productivity levels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop accurate workforce forecasts based on historical data, business needs, and market trends.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing requirements for upcoming projects and initiatives.
- Strategic Planning:
- Create and implement strategic workforce plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify and propose solutions for workforce gaps, including hiring, training, and development needs.
- Monitor and evaluate workforce strategies to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
- Data Management:
- Maintain comprehensive workforce data, including employee performance metrics, attrition rates, and staffing levels.
- Utilize workforce management software and tools to track metrics and analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on workforce analytics to senior management, providing actionable insights.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Training and Development:

- Continuous Improvement:

- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterβs degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or a related area, preferably in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in workforce management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
