As a Virtual Retirement Plan Advisor, youโll be the clients' trusted partner and guide as they navigate their retirement planning journey. You will focus on delivering compassionate, precise, customized financial guidance to various individuals. ๐ Daily Client Engagement
- ๐ข Lead virtual one-on-one sessions, follow-ups, and periodic financial reviews with clients
- ๐ Organize and present interactive webinars and small-group financial education events
- ๐ Work alongside team members across departments, such as communications, client success, and compliance, to streamline service delivery

๐ฏ Must-Have Qualifications
- ๐ Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- ๐ผ Minimum of 3 years of experience advising individuals on retirement strategies or managing financial plans
- ๐งฐ Deep understanding of savings vehicles, including Roth IRAs, employer-based retirement accounts, annuity products, and income planning
- ๐ Experience with virtual collaboration tools and remote work settings
- ๐ฌ Strong communication skills paired with empathy and adaptability

- ๐ Holding credentials like a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP), Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), or similar
