π Required Qualifications
- βοΈ Active Certified Residential Appraiser license in good standing
- βοΈ At least three years of experience in residential real estate appraisal
- βοΈ Strong knowledge of USPAP, FNMA, FHA, and other regulatory requirements
- βοΈ Proficiency in industry appraisal software such as AlaMode, ACI, or similar platforms
- βοΈ Experience using MLS, property databases, and digital tools for research and valuation
- βοΈ Ability to work independently while managing multiple property appraisals efficiently
- βοΈ Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- βοΈ Strong written and verbal communication abilities for preparing and explaining appraisal findings
