- โจ Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge virtual training programs tailored to business and talent development objectives

- ๐งฐ Use digital tools and eLearning technologies (Articulate, Rise, Camtasia) to create scalable, multimedia-rich training content
๐งโ๐ซ Virtual Facilitation & Learner Engagement
- ๐งโ๐ซ Deliver high-energy live training sessions, workshops, and webinars for cross-functional, multicultural teams
- ๐ฌ Incorporate breakout sessions, polling, real-time feedback, and gamification to enhance learner engagement
- ๐ Foster active participation and adjust delivery methods based on audience dynamics and performance indicators
๐งช Learning Needs Assessment & Strategic Design
- ๐ Conduct thorough training needs assessments in collaboration with department leaders and HR
- ๐ Translate organizational objectives into actionable learning strategies
- ๐ Customize learning paths for new hires, mid-level professionals, and leadership development initiatives
๐ Performance Evaluation & ROI Tracking
- ๐ Track training effectiveness using data analytics, feedback surveys, and performance evaluations
- ๐ Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and content refinement
- ๐งพ Provide leadership with strategic insights into learning outcomes and business impact
๐ค Stakeholder Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

๐งฉ Candidate Qualifications
๐ Educational Requirements
- ๐ Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Psychology, or a related field
- ๐ Industry certifications such as CPTD, ATD Master Trainer, or SHRM Learning and Development credentials are advantageous
๐ผ Professional Experience
- โณ Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or instructional design within a corporate environment
- ๐ก Demonstrated success in managing virtual training programs for global workforces
