• Optimize page performance, implement secure coding practices, and follow established accessibility best practices for inclusive design.

Collaborate Within a Remote Development Team

• Work hand-in-hand with project managers, QA engineers, and other developers across a remote, yet close-knit team.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, biweekly sprint reviews, and monthly retrospectives—all virtual, all welcoming.
• Share feedback, brainstorm solutions, and support teammates in navigating technical challenges.
