💼 Role Overview: What You'll Be Rockin'

🎨 Designing Brilliance

• 💫 Design and develop interactive e-learning courses using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Rise 360
• ✏️ Translate instructional content into visual and experiential storyboards
• 🌈 Collaborate with designers to create multimedia assets, including animations, voiceovers, and infographics
• 📇 Apply learning science and instructional design theory to shape how users retain information
• 🎯 Ensure accessibility standards are met so every learner can benefit from our creations

⚙️ Building Brains with Tech

• 🛠 Integrate modules into various LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, Blackboard, and more)
• 💻 Use HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to add interactivity, functionality, and flair
• 📊 Collect and analyze learner data to improve course outcomes and usability
• 🧪 Conduct quality assurance testing and troubleshoot functionality issues

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• 📚 5+ years of experience in e-learning development, multimedia production, or digital education
• 🗂️ Deep expertise with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Camtasia, and LMS platforms
• 🎓 Degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or Digital Media
• 💼 A compelling portfolio showcasing innovative e-learning solutions and impactful results
• 🔄 Ability to manage multiple development pipelines, maintain momentum, and hit deadlines without breaking a sweat
• 📲 Understanding of mobile-first learning design, responsive layouts, and cross-device compatibility
• 🧠 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify technical language for general audiences
