Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the Candidate Journey

  • Organize and schedule interviews across different time zones while efficiently managing multiple calendars.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates from initial contact to the offer stage.
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to align on expectations and ensure seamless coordination.

Ensure a Human-Centered Experience

  • Provide thoughtful, personalized support to candidates during every stage of the hiring process.
  • Deliver timely follow-ups and prepare candidates for virtual interviews and assessments.
  • Support a consistent brand experience that aligns with our inclusive workplace values.

Collaborate with HR & Talent Partners

  • Work closely with recruiting leads, HR specialists, and department heads to streamline hiring logistics.
  • Facilitate pre-employment processes, such as reference checks and background verification.
  • Collaborate on diversity hiring initiatives, focusing on equitable hiring practices.

Maintain Data and Compliance

  • Use HR tech platforms to track candidate progress, schedule interviews, and update records.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in alignment with employment law and internal guidelines.
  • Prepare recruitment metrics and reporting to help assess hiring trends and outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications
