Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current real estate market data to identify investment trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Perform ROI modeling, forecasting, and predictive analysis across multi-family, commercial, and retail properties.
• Design visual dashboards and reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate zoning regulations, property tax data, and local economic indicators to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with acquisitions and development teams to optimize property selection.
• Monitor key performance indicators and flag anomalies before they become problems.
• Keep a well-structured record of historical and ongoing property analyses.
