Key Responsibilities
Financial Forecasting and Analysis
- Prepare accurate cash flow projections using historic and trend data.
- Evaluate public revenue sources and expense reports to identify efficiency opportunities.

Liquidity and Investment Oversight
- Track daily cash balances to ensure the smooth operation of financial functions.
- Develop conservative investment strategies that comply with legal and policy standards.
- Analyze short- and long-term cash needs to minimize idle balances.
Public Debt and Compliance
- Assist in the analysis and maintenance of bond issuances, lease-purchase agreements, and loan portfolios.
- Coordinate with auditors to meet financial reporting standards.
- Ensure compliance with government accounting standards and statutory frameworks.
Strategic Financial Advising
- Use data to prepare actionable reports for leadership on treasury performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategy with community goals.

Treasury Tools and Automation

Qualifications
Education
