🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🔹 Legal Transcription
Convert recorded legal proceedings into precise, formatted written documents covering attorney instructions, interviews, case summaries, and other relevant materials, with close attention to formatting rules and clarity.
🔸 Document Editing & Formatting
Review, edit, and structure legal texts to ensure each document meets procedural requirements and accurately conveys the intended legal meaning. You will work on various materials, including affidavits, legal briefs, and official client documentation.
🔹 Information Security & Confidentiality
Handle immigration-related content with utmost discretion and operate in accordance with legal privacy frameworks, such as HIPAA and GDPR. Maintain professional standards in protecting confidential case data.

✨ Essential Requirements
🟣 A minimum of 2 years of experience transcribing legal content, with a preference for immigration casework
🟣 Strong understanding of legal terms, formatting expectations, and judicial writing protocols
🟣 Typing proficiency of at least 65 words per minute, paired with a high level of precision
🟣 Excellent command of the English language, with top-tier writing, editing, and grammar capabilities
🟣 Proven ability to work independently, sustain concentration, and manage intricate document details
🟣 Familiarity with digital transcription tools, including but not limited to Express Scribe and similar platforms
🟣 Reliable internet access and a quiet, professional environment suited for remote work
