Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create impactful job postings
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that attract diverse and skilled candidates
- Lead virtual interviews, facilitate selection processes, and maintain a seamless candidate experience
- Analyze recruitment data to continuously improve hiring strategies
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Drive virtual engagement initiatives to foster belonging in a remote environment
- Support employee recognition programs and well-being activities
- Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to implement retention-boosting improvements
Policy & Compliance
- Maintain and update HR policies aligned with employment laws and remote work standards
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across geographically distributed teams

Onboarding & Offboarding
- Oversee a warm and informative remote onboarding process
